Hard Body Circuit: Nicole Chaplin

Hip Hop Hard Body teamed up with the Nicole Chaplin, an official Hard Body and NYC-based Personal Trainer/ Fitness Model to bring you this Official Hard Body Circuit.

What you Need:

Kettlebell

Dumbell

Medicine Ball (Unstable Surface)

Try this workout, and let us know how you feel afterwards! I suggest trying it 1-2 times a week, or whenever you are short on time and need to get a quick workout in.  As always, if you are not sure that you are using proper form, consult a professional to avoid injury.

Summer MADNESS *HHHB Song of the Day*

It’s been a ROUGH winter!

It has tried our EMOTIONS, PATIENCE, and SANITY.

BUT… it’s already February, and according to the warming temperatures in the forecast (atleast here in NYC), it’s almost time for the OFFICIAl season of the Hard Body.  So stop frontin’ and making excuses, because you’re going to be showcasing your hard work or lack there of in about 8 weeks! Don’t get caught out there!  Let’s make it happen!

This track is damn near TRADITION in the USA to be played when Summer time commences, so go ahead and listen to it to reminisce on good memories..and to get motivation to make that hard body reach it’s peak to stunt in photos in Summer 2011!

I adore female Strippers (Semi-NSFW)

Even before the new found obsession in the Fitness Industry with Pole Dancing, I admired the athleticism of strippers.

The strength it takes to master the pole like a Champ is definitely undermined when looking at the sensuality and allure of a Stripper.

Day 1 of 21: Abs

This is like the most viewed and  go-to video for some 6 pack/lower back  guidance…

DC  based Trainer, Gustavus Wyche (http://gmusclefitness.com/) delivers a DOPE ab routine, but it’s a bit advanced, so watch and take note if you’re just beginning.  Don’t be too proud to hire a trainer to get advice on technique (more on that later).

Write out your Core workout for tomorrow, and/or take an abs/core class.  Hit some nice cardio, and trim some calories somewhere in your day (ie. replacing juice with water, cutting your typical meal into 2, to eat the rest later).
