HARD BODIES! It’s day 9 of 21, can you believe it?!?
I KNOW yall believe in your capabilities enough such that yall have been keeping up with the challenge! For those who may have got caught slipping… just re-commit and get focused!
We’re all about stripping the fat off the body in the most efficient way, and this SERIOUS form of cardio is considered one’s best option to do so. It is quick & intense cardio/strength training called HIIT, meaning High Intensity Interval Training.
Check this video of Jim Stoppani of Muscle & Fitness magazine who gives you a nice, informative, and quick run-down of what HIIT means, how effective it is, and how to carry it out.
Do you do HIIT Training? If so, what kind of HIIT workout do you do?

When I do cardio, it’s usually HIIT. However, I prefer to do pyramids. Starting at 30 seconds of high intensity then 45, 60, 90 and back down to 60, 45, 30; with 30 seconds to a minute of low intensity “rest” in between. This is about a 20 minute workout, but it’s a serious 20 minutes and I love it.
Jonathan, I WILL be doing pyramids tomorrow, sounds dope… about to switch it up! It’s like another form of HIIT.
