Hard BODIES! What’s good?

DAY 4 of the Challenge, how are you holding up? Today, the highlight is Chest (or Pectoral muscles), major muscle group that we all should be working to improve (especially for the ladies, who tend to have weak upper bodies)!

This 1st video is a “Planche” push up which is VERY advanced, but nice motivation.  Beginners, check it out to get fundamentals on how to “start small” to get to the bigger move.  Planche push ups mainly work the chest, shoulders, triceps and core.

Here are 2 videos of Brandon Carter doing a quick Chest workout at home. He does a little suspension training in the 1st video, we put yall on a little while back. Check him out.
