DC  based Trainer, Gustavus Wyche (http://gmusclefitness.com/) delivers a DOPE ab routine, but it’s a bit advanced, so watch and take note if you’re just beginning.  Don’t be too proud to hire a trainer to get advice on technique (more on that later).

Write out your Core workout for tomorrow, and/or take an abs/core class.  Hit some nice cardio, and trim some calories somewhere in your day (ie. replacing juice with water, cutting your typical meal into 2, to eat the rest later).
