I have given myself 1 year to lose 50 lbs. So this is going to be very interesting.
Good luck to everybody doing their thing. I’m doing P90X, but damn if that ab workout doesn’t look like THE truth.
Training for a triathlon…I am sooooo behind. This will help to get me on track!!

P90x is a movement, so many of our friends are doing it and getting results. This workout IS SERIOUS too! Keep doing your thing.

I know I’m 9 days late with this challenge. But I just started a fitness program this morning. I like the fact that this program is only 21 days!! Small goals are more attainable.
