On the Hollywood front, SHOUT OUT TO all my TRUE BLOOD FANS! Alcide (Joe Manganiello) is SINCERE with his physique and workout.  Not exactly ‘Hip Hop’ related, but his routine & diet is worthy of mention.  We have a post on him coming up.

Nicki Minaj, her ‘assets’ and Katy Perry caught acting up on the Red Carpet.  Nicki’s body has created it’s own “great debate” in Hip Hop right now.  All i can say is, ME LIKEY!
