21 Day Challenge: Mission 6 Pack

The coveted 6 pack is what MOST people who enter a gym desire, and for those who have a rock solid core, it’s a symbol of dedication and hard work.  Having visible abs is the pinnacle of fitness for most.  Hip Hop Hard Body represents “Mission 6 Pack/ Mission Hard Body” to help get all of you Dames & Damsels on track to get that body in check, and eventually chisel those abs out from underneath the elements that are ‘blocking’ them from showing off.

Tomorrow, Thursday, September 9th marks exactly 21 days until the end of September… so I’m thinking we can dive in head first to this 21 day Challenge! Don’t use that “ease into it “BS! Let’s make it happen, one day at a time for 21 days, you down? For the next 21 days, we will do 30-60 minutes of working out, without missing a day.  I don’t care if it’s boot camp, an aerobics class, a hard core strength/power circuit, or even dancing in your living room, we are doing this everyday for 21 days. If you’re trying to bulk up/put on mass, lean out/lose weight, or just maintain and challenge your body, let us know in the comment section.  Go to our Facebook page to declare that you are down for the 21 day challenge.  You should make a bet with your friends or family on who will last the whole 21 days ;-) Post a pic of those who are doing the challenge with you and let us know your story.
