People are more inclined to say why they “can’t” workout or make it to the gym. Why they “can’t” genetically get to a certain size, or why their monotonous routine is not working for them.

When you want something, you will find a way, and it will become as mandatory as showing up to work for a paycheck, getting to class for knowledge and a degree.  When you start training for the best body you can attain, life starts to look a little different, and the way you move in it becomes a bit more purposeful and energetic.  Don’t let your situation, or any situation hold you back from your goals.  MAKE it work for you, your body is the vessel that you have to move in, and how we look and feel has an emotional and physical impact on how we carry ourselves.
