Rules for the 21 day Challenge

  • What is your personal challenge for the next 21 days? Put it in the comment section down bottom!
    • ie. I am doing 30-60 minutes of morning cardio, or I am switching it up daily and will commit to at least 30 minutes of strength training/ general workout , etc for the next 21 days)
  • Take a “Day 1 pic.” You need this to benchmark your changes over the course of the next 21 days.
    • You want to wear form-fitting clothes or something baring your mid-section, legs, etc. for comparison purposes.  Take some for yourself, and 1 to put up on Hip Hop Hard Body facebook page.
    • Upload your “Day 1” pic on the Hip Hop Hard Body page. Nothing crazy, no NUDE PICS! Just a pic so that we know whose down for ‘The CHALLENGE.”
  • Keep us posted so that we see your consistency, and can read up on your progress/results over the course of the challenge.
  • Teams: We are taking teams and opponents too.  If you have friends or significant others that want to do it with you, submit it for the group.
  • Battles: Do you have a friend with similar goals who thinks they can do better than you can over the next 21 days? Challenge them and tell us about it! Let’s Get it! Survival of the Fittest!

This is the FIRST of many challenges to come. We are always working on that Hard Body and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  The 21 day challenge is the first step to get us ready for the HHHB challenges to come. Right now we’re doing it for personal victories, but I am working on some goodies in the near future ;-) We’re getting bigger and better by the day! Support the movement and pass the word!

*Please note, that if you are not partaking in exercise under professional supervision of a trainer, please consult with a doctor and/or fitness professional to decrease your chances of injury and make assure that you can safely proceed with a physical fitness program.  Take safe measures in the challenge.  Hip Hop Hard Body does not support unhealthy practices of fitness, nor are we responsible for any injuries/ conditions that may occur specific to your individual health status.
