I’ve had my eye on Mel B for a minute, after her baby…the body shape was dope!  Small waist, big booty, had me in awe at how she had an even better body post-baby within weeks of giving birth!

Then she tightened it up a bit more… I peeped.  Gave her the nod, and said “I see you Mel! DO your thing girl!”

But then…

She came with the OFFICIAL Hard Body, and has been my poster child for Gym motivation ever since!

Training with Dancing With the Stars surely helped a bit in her post-baby body, but Mel B  mixes up her daily routine with weight lifting,  kickboxing, and yoga, to name a few.  Her trainer, Joey Kormier keeps her body tight with her routine and a 30/40/30 low-carb diet (Check out hiphophardbody.com later in the week for more details on that!).

Fellas, take note.  Ladies, be inspired!  Mel B’s gym game is proper.  I can’t co-sign the work out videos as of yet though (No Shade) lol
